We provide exterior lighting services in Trinity, FL, and surrounding areas within our service radius. Pricing, availability, and response times may vary by location.

Estimates and quotes

All estimates provided through this site or by phone are subject to confirmation after we inspect the job. The final scope and price may be revised based on what we find on site. We will always tell you the revised number before we proceed.

How we contact you

When you submit a form, call, or text us, you are asking us to get back to you, so we will contact you at the phone number you provide to answer your request. That is the only reason we use it. We do not add you to a marketing list or send promotional texts, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.

Scheduling and cancellation

Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice. We do not charge cancellation fees for ordinary rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in our declining to schedule future work.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. The payment methods we accept are listed on our pricing page. Past due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law.

Warranty and guarantee

The terms of our workmanship guarantee are described on our guarantee page. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty. The guarantee covers the specific work we performed and does not extend to unrelated issues or damage caused by misuse.

Reviews and testimonials

Testimonials shown on this site are from real customers who left them publicly on Google. If you use our review page and choose to leave a public review, you are taken to Google to post it there, and it is governed by Google's terms, not ours. If you instead send us private feedback through that page, we use it to fix the problem and we do not publish it.
