If something we install ever fails, we come back and make it right.
What this actually means
If anything we installed fails, you call us, we come back, we fix it. No second invoice. No service fee. No "well, that is a different part." If we touched it and it stopped working, it is on us.
If you are not satisfied with the work the day it is done, tell us before we leave. We do not pack up the truck until you are happy with how it looks lit up at night. If we have already left, call us and we come back the same day when possible.

We bring more than 25 years of low-voltage experience to every home in Trinity and across Tampa Bay, and our reputation is the entire business. A guarantee that we will not honor is worse than no guarantee at all, so we wrote ours in plain English and we stand behind every word.

The honest conditions
- The guarantee covers the specific work we installed, not unrelated issues elsewhere in your existing system.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, third-party work, or acts of nature is not covered.
- Fixtures and transformers carry their own manufacturer warranty. If a part fails within that manufacturer coverage, we handle the claim and take care of the replacement.
- Call us as soon as you notice the issue. The guarantee covers the original work, not damage made worse by waiting.
