Holiday sits in the gap between New Port Richey and Tarpon Springs, with river and Gulf access points on its west side running out toward the canals. It is an established, practical place, and the housing reflects that: mostly single-story homes on modest lots, built without a lot of ornament, many of them from an era when nobody was thinking about how a house looked after dark. Rooflines here are simple and low, which makes them straightforward to light well and quick to transform.
We keep the scope deliberately tight here. Roofline, entry, walkway. On these houses that is usually the whole transformation, and padding the quote does not make the place look any better.
