For your HOA board
Permanent Architectural Lighting: A Summary for Your HOA Board
What it is
A permanent lighting system mounted on the home's soffit and fascia. The lights sit in a custom aluminum track, color-matched to the home, so there is nothing to see during the day: no cords, no clips, no strands.
How it will be used
Most nights, the system runs one of its architectural settings: fewer lights on, dimmed down, for a subtle, elegant look. Holiday colors are optional and can be limited to the dates our community allows. The homeowner controls the schedule from an app, including the time the lights turn off.
